Al Awsat Trading and Contracting Company was created under the Saudi Laws in 1976 with main purpose to cater the growing needs of new technology in the field of telecommunications & technical support services. Later Alawsat developed its resources to support facilities for all projects and supply of technical services as well as O&M.

Al Awsat Trading and Contracting Company is headed and managed by Saudi Nationals with the assistance of a group of multi-national administrative and management personnel dedicated to raise the image of a local Saudi company.
